Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 8 medjool dates
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • ¼ cup flax meal
  • ½ cup goji berries
  • ½ cup cocoa nibs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla

Instructions

  • 1. Put everything into a food processor and blend until well combined.
  • 2. Place spoonfuls of the batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • 3. Press them down with another piece of parchment paper.
  • 4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 min.
